Scavenger Hunt
The residents of Candy Cap Woods are, on the whole, a curious bunch. Every now and then a few of the little forest friends wander away from the Archive shelves to hide among the pages, peeking out from behind illustrations, letters, and mushroom patches.
Should you happen to spot one, consider yourself an honorary field researcher! Keep an eye out as you explore—the more friends you discover, the more complete your field notes become. Once you've filled out your notes, be sure to submit your answers to get a special coupon code!

Meet Our Wandering Friends
Zephyr Fox
HINT:
Zephyr is known throughout the woods as the most social of the wandering friends. He loves to meet all the Residents, and usually joins the Archivist in exploring the Archive.
Hunny Bear
HINT:
Hunny is the most helpful of the wandering friends. She considers herself the Archivist's secretary, sorting their letters and mail and ensuring every resident get's their concerns heard.
Hazel Squirrel
HINT:
Hazel is very shy, and prefers to hide until her best friend, Harry, approves of new visitors. She is the hardest of the wanderers to find, as she is the only friend who is on a hidden page of the archive, so remember to try those buttons!
Tara Toad
HINT:
Tara's Love Language is gifts, but she's always so nervous to get the wrong present. Instead, she prefers to let her friends pick their gift for them by giving them this type of present!
Reek Raccoon
HINT:
Reek is a restless raccoon who loves to roam even more than the others. He's always wanted to travel, and spends his time planning new ways to sneak his was into events.
Darla Deer
HINT:
Darla's best friend is Yulia the Polar Bear, but they only get to hang out when the snow falls and the seasons change. Even if her friend only arrives seasonally, Darla loves to meet all the temporary visitors to the woods.
Opa Owl
HINT:
Owls are often associated with wisdom and learning. While no one would say Opa is the smartest of all the wanderers, she is certainly the most curious, and loves to ask questions to better understand the world.
Harry Hare
HINT:
Harry is the most creative of the wanderers. He loves listening to the incredible ideas that the visitors to the woods share for their dream Residents. Harry is also good friends with Hazel.
Hope Hedgehog
HINT:
Hope has aspirations of being a journalist. She loves to read and write, and knows all the hidden drama in the woods. When she isn't listening to the tea, she's writing about it.
